Delivery and returns

Discreet packaging, tracked and fully insured, with a clear route back to us if something is not right.

Delivery within the United Kingdom

  • Free insured delivery on orders of £1,000 and above.
  • £15.00 insured tracked delivery on orders below that.
  • Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day once payment has cleared.
  • Delivery is by a fully insured, signature required service. Packaging carries no indication of the contents.

Collection

You are welcome to collect from 118 Piccadilly, London W1J 7NW by appointment. We will need photographic identification matching the order.

International orders

We ship outside the United Kingdom on a case by case basis. Call 0204 587 1838 before ordering so we can confirm carriage, insurance and any import duties in the destination country. Duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Checking your order

Please inspect the parcel before signing for it. If the outer packaging is damaged or has been opened, refuse the delivery and call us the same day. Once a parcel has been signed for as undamaged, our insurance cover ends.

Returns

  • Graded coins may be returned within fourteen days of delivery provided the holder is unopened and unmarked.
  • Ungraded coins may be returned within fourteen days provided the capsule is intact and the coin has not been handled.
  • Tell us before you send anything back. We will confirm the return address and how to insure the parcel.
  • Return carriage is at your cost unless the coin was not as described, in which case we cover it.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within five working days of the coin arriving back with us and being checked.

Coins that cannot be returned

Coins sourced specifically to your order, and coins where the holder has been opened or the capsule broken, cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Selling back to us

We buy back coins we have supplied. The price offered depends on the coin and on conditions at the time, and we will always quote before you send anything. Call 0204 587 1838 or email info@folton.co.uk.
