1. Who we are

Folton Group Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13258379, with its registered office at 118 Piccadilly, London W1J 7NW. References to we, us and our mean Folton Group Ltd.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website or by telephone. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them and that you are at least eighteen years of age.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Where a coin has sold between your order and our confirmation, we will tell you promptly and refund in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are given on enquiry, in pounds sterling, and confirmed in writing — with delivery and how to pay — before you commit to anything. They include everything payable except delivery. Investment gold is exempt from VAT under current legislation. We do not take card payments on this website and never receive or store card details. Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared.

5. Description of coins

We describe each coin as accurately as we can, including its grade and certification number where it has been graded. Images may be illustrative of the type rather than the exact coin unless stated. Photography of the exact coin is available on request before dispatch.

6. Delivery and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Our delivery and returns page forms part of these terms.

7. Cancellation and returns

Your right to cancel and the conditions attached are set out on our delivery and returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. No advice

Folton Group Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide investment, tax or financial advice. Coins are sold as collectable items. Information on this site about the gold market or tax treatment is general information only and must not be relied on as advice. The past performance of gold is not a guide to future performance and the value of coins can fall as well as rise.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the coins in that order.

10. Anti money laundering

We are required to verify the identity of customers in certain circumstances and may ask for proof of identity and source of funds before completing an order. We may decline or cancel an order where those checks cannot be completed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
